Our clients wished for a modern, functional home that would fit seamlessly within their 12m-wide block, while maximising space, light, and liveability. With a 9m build envelope, we carefully created a well balanced layout for the site while maintaining the efficiency and structure of our build process. The result is a 276.86m² two-storey home, featuring four bedrooms, multiple living zones, a ground-floor guest suite, and a double garage.

We recommended our Westwood design as a starting point, then worked closely with our clients to customise the floorplan to make the most of their corner block and setback requirements. We reoriented the living areas to maximise natural light and indoor-outdoor flow, while ensuring there was still plenty of yard space for future landscaping and a King pool. Our in-house design and selections teams helped bring their vision to life with a fresh, contemporary palette and family-friendly finishes.

WEvery estate comes with its own set of design guidelines — and at Providence in Camden, our clients faced a challenge early on. They had a clear vision for their dream home, including a 3-car garage to support their lifestyle, but the estate developer initially rejected the design. Rather than compromise on their needs, we worked closely with the client and developer to find a solution. Our in-house design team created a custom façade that not only complied with estate regulations, but still delivered the presence and practicality the family wanted.
