This one-of-a-kind custom home, designed by SN Architects, showcases our dedication to quality craftsmanship and the ability to bring unique, client-supplied architectural plans to life.

Known as the ‘Courtyard House,’ this home was designed to create a harmonious connection with nature. Our client wanted a humble yet contemporary home where he could live in a space that allows him to feel a deep connection to the outdoors. The U-shaped floor plan, although compact, incorporates intricate design elements that ensure every room has a view of the central courtyard and the planned Koi pond. This design also stays true to the principles of Feng Shui, creating a balanced and peaceful living environment.

Externally, the home blends brick and cladding walls with large glazed sliding doors that seamlessly open the living spaces to the outdoors. This clever combination of materials and design enhances the home’s connection with nature and invites an abundance of natural light into every corner.

The judges were particularly impressed with the workmanship and value for money achieved, stating, “this was a well-finished home with excellent value for money. King Homes NSW has done an excellent job.”
