The judges were particularly impressed by the home’s exceptional street appeal, noting the impeccable workmanship throughout. They highlighted the clever use of natural light that bathes the lower floors, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The thoughtful design and functional layout make the ‘Pinnacle’ a highly liveable and beautiful space for modern family living.
King Homes NSW offers a custom home-building service with an in-house design team that works closely with clients to bring their vision to life. Our clients for the ‘Pinnacle’ project found us through our advertising channels and chose King Homes NSW as the designer and builder of their custom family home in the Sutherland Shire.
The clients were seeking a functional family home that would suit their 600sqm block in a newly released land estate. However, they wanted something different from the typical project home look, and requested a one-of-a-kind architectural facade with a striking monochrome colour palette.
The result is a show-stopping and unique home that stands out while blending seamlessly with its surroundings. The facade offers a contemporary and bold street appeal, and inside, the home provides everything a growing family needs, including five bedrooms, a study, and plenty of space for entertaining and relaxation.
