– 100% termite-proof frame (valued at over $4,000)

– Up to 32 tonnes of dirt removal (valued at over $1,650)

– 5m square of drop-edge beam (valued at over $4,200)

– M1 and H1 class slab (valued at over $5,500)

– BASIX certificate

– Site fencing

– Site toilet

– Stormwater, sewer & water connection

– Electrical, Telstra, and Gas* connections (subject to site availability)

Eliminating Unknowns:

We understand that navigating through technical terms and unfamiliar territory can be daunting for many clients. That’s why our team of professional estimators and engineers work diligently to assess each block of land thoroughly, designing the most suitable and cost-effective solution for your site needs.

Our experienced Site Supervisors are also scheduled to visit the site during the early stages, completing a thorough report to note down ease of access, e.g. can a large truck safely stop and unload without impeding traffic. As well as determining if additional work health and safety requirements are required e.g. tree protection, location of stormwater grates, council trees and ordering tiger tails (wrapping low-lying powerlines to make them visible). Afterall, the supervisor has the on the ground experience, and this report likely extinguishes any problems before they arise.
