Yes — King Homes NSW offers concrete pool installation as part of your build contract. Building your pool at the same time as your home is simpler and usually more cost-effective than adding one afterwards. Access is easy, trades are already coordinated on site, and your landscaping only needs to be done once. Pool design, size, and finish are resolved during your selections process alongside your home.
Do I need to visit a display home before starting?
You don’t have to — but we recommend it. Visiting a display home gives you a real sense of our build quality, the way our spaces live, and the finishes we deliver. It’s also the best way to ask practical questions in a real context. Our display homes at Oran Park, Menangle Park, Box Hill or Leppington offer great inspiration.
Can I modify the Sienna 28, Madrid 40, or Brooklyn Dual for my block?
Yes — and most clients do. All three designs are starting points that can be modified to suit your lot dimensions, orientation, brief, and budget. Floor plans can be restructured, facades changed, rooms added or removed, and specifications tailored entirely to you. If none of the three designs suit your brief, we can also design your home from scratch.
