King Homes NSW was founded by Mark King in 2015, with a clear belief that the residential building industry could do better — for clients who deserved more transparency, more quality, and more care than the volume building model typically offered.
From a small team taking on a handful of builds a year, King Homes NSW has grown into one of Sydney’s most recognised residential builders — with display homes across four locations, an award-winning reputation, and a client base built almost entirely on referrals and repeat business.
