Do I need to own land before contacting you?
No. Many of our clients come to us before they’ve settled on a block — and we can help you understand which block size and orientation best suits the home you want to build. An early conversation can save you from purchasing land that doesn’t suit your brief.
What happens after I send an enquiry?
A member of our team personally reviews every enquiry — nothing goes to a call centre. We’ll come back to you within one business day, usually with a few questions about your block and brief so we can give you genuinely useful advice rather than a generic response.
How do consultations work?
We typically start with a phone or video call to understand your brief, block, and timeline. If you’re ready to go further, we’ll invite you into one of our display homes or our selections studio so you can see the quality in person. There’s no obligation at any stage — we’d rather give you the right advice than push you into a decision that isn’t right for you.
How long does the process take from first contact to build start?
The design, selections, and approvals process typically takes 3–5 months before construction begins. Single-storey builds generally take 6–9 months to construct; double-storey 9–12 months. We give you a clear timeline at the start of your project and keep you updated throughout.
Do you build pools as well?
Yes. King Homes builds concrete pools alongside your home — coordinated construction under one contract. Building your pool at the same time is simpler, usually more cost-effective, and means you move in with everything complete. Pool design, size, and finish are resolved during your selections process.
How does your pricing work?
We believe in transparent, upfront pricing. We take the time to understand your brief and price your home properly from the start — so there are no surprises mid-build. Our selections process ensures everything is specified and costed clearly before you commit, giving you confidence in what you’re signing.
