Located within the Camden LGA on a new parcel of land, this custom single-storey residence was built using client-supplied plans and brought to life collaboratively with the King Homes NSW team. Alongside the home, the project also included a custom King Pool, carefully coordinated during construction to create a complete indoor-outdoor lifestyle from day one.
From the outset, our clients had a clear vision for their future home. They were drawn to the elegance and warmth of French Provincial architecture, while still wanting a layout that felt functional, open, and relaxed for modern family life.
The home features expansive open-plan living spaces, high ceilings, and carefully considered natural light throughout. Large arched openings, soft neutral finishes, and layered textures create a timeless feel, while practical additions like a generous laundry, walk-in pantry, and strong connection to the outdoor entertaining areas ensure the home works effortlessly for everyday living.
One of the standout aspects of this project was the integration of the King Pool during the build process. By designing and constructing both the home and pool together, the outdoor areas feel intentionally connected to the architecture and flow of the home.
Large glass openings from the living spaces frame views of the pool area, helping blur the line between indoors and outdoors while creating a resort-style atmosphere perfect for entertaining and family living.
Working from client-supplied plans allowed us to help deliver a home that already reflected our clients’ vision while supporting them through construction, selections, finishes, and overall project coordination.
Internally, the home balances classic French Provincial influences with a fresh contemporary palette, featuring:
