We have two display homes at Menangle Park — the Highland 30 (single storey, 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car, from $473,000) and the Lincoln 32 (double storey, 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2 car, from $584,300). Both are fully furnished and finished to our standard inclusions.
Can I visit the Menangle Park display homes without an appointment?
Yes. Our Menangle Park display village is open Friday to Monday from 10am to 5pm — no appointment required. Our team is on site and happy to walk you through both homes and answer any questions. Tuesday – Thursday visits are available by appointment — call (02) 8795 0022 to arrange.
Can the Highland 30 or Lincoln be customised to suit my block?
Yes. Both designs can be modified to suit your block dimensions, orientation and personal brief. Our in-house design team works with you to adjust the floorplan, facade option and internal layout before anything is finalised. Speak with our team on your visit or call us to discuss your specific requirements.
Can I build the Highland or Lincoln in a different suburb?
Yes. We build across Greater Sydney, the Southern Highlands, South Coast and regional NSW. The Highland 30 and Lincoln are both available to build on your own land — whether that’s a new estate block, an acreage property or a knockdown rebuild site. Contact our team to confirm your specific area.
How much does it cost to build the Highland or Lincoln?
The Highland 30 starts from $473,000 and the Lincoln 32 starts from $584,300 — both including our full standard inclusions and site costs up to $30,000. Pricing reflects the base design; modifications, site-specific conditions and optional upgrades may affect the final cost. Our team provides a transparent indication during your consultation.
Can I add a pool to my new home build?
Yes. Our King Pools division builds your pool alongside your home — one builder, one contract, one handover. You move into a finished home with a completed pool from day one. House + pool packages start from $49,990. Can I build on my own land?
Yes. We build on new release blocks, established suburban land, acreage properties and knockdown rebuild sites. You don’t need to purchase land through us — if you already own land or are in the process of purchasing, we can work with you from wherever you are in that process.
Can I get pricing on my visit?
Yes. Our team can give you a realistic price indication during your display home visit based on the design you’re interested in, your land and any customisations you’re considering. We believe transparent pricing starts at the very first conversation — you won’t be given a number that doesn’t reflect reality.

Every King Homes build includes 2,750mm ceilings to ground floor, 20mm stone benchtops for the kitchen, 600mm Smeg appliances, ducted reverse-cycle zoned air conditioning, Reece tapware, tiling to wet areas, quality flooring, tiled alfresco, coloured concrete driveway, rainwater tank, 5 Star BASIX compliance, site costs up to $30,000 and a full-day Studio King design selections appointment.
