Prices nominated are for standard floor plan only and include no allowance for landscaping, or features such as planter boxes, pathways and fencing. Alterations and upgrades outside of our standard inclusions will incur additional charges.

Prices shown on our website do not include any allowance for site specific costs, recycled water connections (if required by developer), NBN connections nor any allowance for council or developer/estate guidelines and infrastructure levies, or the cost of land. Local council building fees or charges, stamp duty and legal fees are all extra.
